What you’ll do

The Packaging Assistant will support the Packaging Specialists to identify key areas of opportunity and outcomes throughout our supply chain.

Assisting to deliver more sustainable packaging solutions without compromising quality
Collating and improving packaging specification data to ensure packaging is fit for purpose and meets customer needs
Working with trading partners to develop packaging artworks and specifications that meet Woolworths standards
Building strong relationships between internal & external stakeholders

What you’ll bring

You are enthusiastic and have a curious mind for Packaging Technology and Sustainability. You will have great attention to detail. You are a team player able to work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver primary and secondary packaging specifications to ensure Packaging is fit for purpose and meets the needs of customers.

A strong passion for the packaging and recycling industries
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and projects efficiently in a large organisation
A high attention to detail and expert analytical capability
