SE Distribution is offering an outstanding opportunity for the right candidate who is motivated to further their career with Tier 1 electrical, communications and maintenance contractors specialising in electrical, data and communications, high voltage, audio-visual and engineering services.

As a Warehouse Storeperson, you will assist the team with day-to-day warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general warehousing duties, including picking and packing goods
Handle receipt and dispatch of goods
Assist with daily delivery runs
Operate a forklift daily
Liaise with office staff regarding discrepancies
Manage the plant and equipment hire database
Arrange courier requirements
Ensure accurate deliveries by liaising with site staff
Use the Company Sage database
Assist with stocktakes and inventory reconciliation
Maintain a clean work environment
Perform driving duties as required

Customer Service:

Communicate politely and professionally with peers, customers, and management
Represent the company in a courteous manner
Maintain personal hygiene and presentability

Work Health & Safety (WH&S):

Adhere to all WH&S procedures
Ensure a safe workplace environment
Take responsibility for personal safety on-site

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum 2 years experience in warehouse operations
Multi-skilled across warehouse duties
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Forklift operation within WHS guidelines
Manual handling up to 20kg
General computer skills
Strong communication and liaison skills
Current driver's licence
Current truck and forklift licences (advantageous but not essential)
Experience in a similar supervisory role (minimum 2 years)
