Maintain warehouse operations for the Salvos Stores operation in line with The Salvation Army
Mission and Values.

About the Role

Receiving, sorting, storage and distribution of all stock and orders at the warehouse & Stores where required.
Prepare goods (ranging from but not limited to bags of textiles to large & bulky furniture items) for stores and warehouses as directed, in accordance with guidelines and in a safe, professional, timely and efficient manner.
Ensure trucks and containers are loaded and unloaded as required.
Ensure plant and equipment is maintained in a safe and clean condition by following all inspection, defect reporting and cleaning/housekeeping requirements.

About You

Demonstrated warehousing and stock control experience ideally in a retail environment
Demonstrated forklift driving experience.
Relevant licence to operate a counterbalance forklift is desirable.
A pre-employment Medical is required.
