What does the job look like?

Linfox is looking for a highly organised Transport Clerk to join our team in Larapinta, working Tuesday to Sunday with an 11:00 AM start. This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of a fast-paced transport operation, where your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will keep everything running smoothly. From payroll processing and invoicing to liaising with customers and internal teams, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless logistics operations. Process payroll, manifests, and delivery dockets.
Manage customer invoicing and resolve POD discrepancies.
Monitor and update internal systems for fleet planning.
Generate reports for customers and senior management.
Maintain data accuracy and ensure compliance with reporting standards.
Act as the primary contact between transport and customers.

Are you the one?

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional with a strong ability to manage administrative tasks in a fast-paced transport environment. You can demonstrate:

Experience in transport administration or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to resolve discrepancies.
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
Ability to liaise with customers and internal stakeholders effectively
