Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve meals, ensuring quality and attention to dietary requirements
Collaborate with the kitchen team for seamless operation and support
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen areas and equipment
Complete and maintain food safety/HACCP documentation
Follow and adhere to all safety protocols and company policies

What We’re Looking For

A team player with strong communication skills
Ability to use and maintain industrial kitchen equipment
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in a kitchen environment
Commitment to treating residents and colleagues with respect and professionalism

Essential Criteria

Current National Police Certificate
Valid Driver’s License

Desirable Criteria

Experience in an aged care environment
Italian-speaking ability
Familiarity with accreditation and continuous improvement practices in aged care
