We are looking for a Farm Hand to join our team in Nar Nar Goon. This role plays an essential part in ensuring the health and welfare of our poultry while maintaining high-quality farming operations. If you enjoy working outdoors, have a great work ethic, and are eager to learn, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Monday – Friday
6:30 AM – 2:41 PM

Daily Tasks

General farm duties, including egg collecting, feeding, and monitoring poultry
Checking and maintaining bird health and welfare
Cleaning and maintaining farm sheds and equipment
Monitoring and adjusting farm climate control systems
Assisting with bird transfers and other farm operations as needed
Day and afternoon shifts available (may include weekend work)
Allowances for relevant shift work and conditions

You will bring to this role

A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Reliability and commitment to consistent work hours
A strong focus on safety and animal welfare
Ability to perform manual labour in a farm environment
Own transport to and from the farm (as public transport is limited)
