We are preparing for the very exciting season at the Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park and are looking for guest-focused individuals with various levels of food and beverage experience.

About The Role:

Positioned in either Josephs Restaurant and Bar or across our multiple function areas.
Deliver exceptional guest service in various food and beverage outlets
Be an ambassador for the hotel

About You:

Experience in a similar role in an a la carte hotel restaurant or functions venue will be highly regarded
You must have a passion for food and beverage with the ability to make great connections with all our guests.
A la carte waiter experience in a quality dining environment will be of great interest.
Valid RSA certificate
A desire for service excellence
A basic understanding of wines and spirits
A great communicator
Availability to participate in a 7 day working roster of days, nights, weekends and public holidays
Ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast paced environment
Initiative and be a team player
Good personal presentation
Self-motivation, can do attitude
