What Will You Spend Your Time Doing?

Phone reception.
Managing voicemail
Email management of multiple accounts
Tracking and managing internal staff appreciation program
Preparing mail
Maintain Supplies
Building supplies/maintenance co-ordination
Convention/meeting organization
General administration duties

Key Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience working in a similar role.
Must have strong communication and organizational skills and be able to multi-task and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
