Role: IT Support Specialist

Type: Full Time / Permanent

Location: West GTA

Salary: $50k to $60k (Max is $63k) + 3 Weeks Vacation + Strong Benefits + Over time pay

Requirements:

2+ Years experience working in IT / Help Desk role
Providing L1 and L2 Support
Office 365 / Basic Azure
Active Directory
Hardware trouble shooting (Printers, PCs, Laptops etc)
Mobile phone support / MDM
PC imaging; remote access tools
VoIP
Working with ticketing systems
