- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, and staff, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
- Receiving and distributing mail, handling deliveries, and maintaining office
- Support administrative tasks, such as assisting with correspondence.
- Ensure the reception area remains tidy and presentable at all times.
- Happy to travel between offices when required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other administrative software.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor, with a professional attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
