Your new role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to provide essential admin support to the APS team, ensuring that our customers receive a seamless and positive experience throughout their journey with CSC.

You will be the point of contact for customer communication via phone and email, ensuring that inquiries are handled promptly and professionally. Your role will also involve entering data accurately, processing benefit applications and payments efficiently and providing general information to customers as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that daily administration and data entry tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Responding to client inquiries, by phone, or through written correspondence
  • Ensuring customers’ superannuation benefit requests are complete and follow up with them for any missing items before submitting these requests for processing in accordance with our service level agreement, timeframes, legislation and Fund rules
  • Adhering to internal procedures and guidelines while working collaboratively with your team to provide support as needed

Desired Skills and Experience

What you need to excel:

  • Solid understanding of superannuation processes and relevant legislation required
  • APS scheme knowledge highly regarded, but not mandatory
  • RG146 qualification is not mandatory but will be considered an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail, and commitment to outstanding client service
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach, to help meet the needs of our customers while growing your career in the superannuation industry
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate to a range of audiences and stakeholders
  • Excellent administrative/coordination skills
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organise and prioritise
  • Ability to be an innovative and flexible team player
  • Professional attitude and willing to contribute to a positive business culture
