  • Hourly pay: $23.87 ; Bilingual pay: $24.59

Your Impact

Respond to inquiry by phone, e-mail, in-person, and collection law firm regarding Vehicle Registration Hold Accounts
  • Respond to all voicemails concerning E470 and HPTE Vehicle Registration Holds.
  • Follow collection process regarding default cases as instructed by District or County Court or Public Highway Authority
  • Research Vehicle Registration Accounts assigned by the Supervisor.
  • Inquiry from the Department of Revenue regarding flags placed on Vehicle Registration.
  • Process customer requests for new and additional transponders.
  • Process requests for new ExpressToll accounts
  • Meet or exceed performance criteria established for the position
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Help ensure AAA/IP is always covered. Phones, Fulfillment, Front desk, and IP.
  • Perform related duties as assigned by Supervisor.
  • Perform essential duties in Lightico Platform to create, send and receive and lock in pay-plans.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 6 months of ExpressToll Contact Center experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with many diverse levels within the organization.
  • Must maintain a positive and professional attitude with E-470 customers and peers.
  • Ability to adhere to strict attendance requirements.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experienced in meeting and exceeding metrics and goals.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to multi-task when taking calls and notate accounts, while maintaining department average handle time goals.
  • Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
  • Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.
  • Ability to work in office as required for coaching, training, power/internet outages and technical related issues.
  • Closing Shift (8:45-5:15pm) ability to work past scheduled time-off to complete and clear out calls in queue.

Physical Demands

Primarily sedentary physical work requiring ability to lift a maximum of 50 pounds; occasional lifting, carrying, walking, and standing; frequent hand/eye coordination to operate computer keyboard and office equipment; vision for reading, recording and interpreting information; frequent speech communication, hearing and listening to maintain communication; daily use of computer keyboard, standard office equipment and telephone.
