Billing Coordinator

As a Billing Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our service team, responsible for efficiently managing administrative tasks essential to the smooth operation of our mechanical service company.
- Generate accurate and timely invoices
- Review customer contracts, quotes, technician notes, and purchase orders for billing accuracy
- Maintain accounts receivables reports, filing, scanning, and document management
- Create purchase orders for technicians and compile necessary paperwork
- Enter vendor invoices into the accounting system and process accounts payables
- Assist with customer inquiries and follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with accounting deadlines for month-end processes
- Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned
- 2-3 years of experience in billing or accounts payable/receivable
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Prior experience in the construction/service industry preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Positive, cooperative, and teachable attitude
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must pass a background screening and drug screening
