The opportunity
Reporting to the VP of Brand, the Brand Coordinator serves is a member of the Brand Team, managing the university's brand licensing program and providing marketing support related to use of the university name, logos, trademarks or other identifying marks. In partnership with important partners, including Creative, Digital, Operations, Bookstore, Legal, Campus, Athletics, HR People, and external vendors, you will support branding projects, licensing agreements, and strengthening standards.
This is a part-time (26 hours/week), remote position. #LI-remote
What you'll do:
  • Licensing: Manage brand licensing program, work with Procurement and Athletics to implement across the university (e.g., bookstore, employee swag). Provide art approvals for licensed vendors and work with licensing partner to communicate monthly reports and new opportunities. Coordinate approvals with Creative, Operations, and Athletics.
  • Design, implement and track new merchandise campaigns to increase brand impressions.
  • Trademark Management: Maintain approval for uses of the institutional trademarks of SNHU in partnership with legal team and approved external vendors, partners, and teams across the university.
  • Brand Management: Help ensure across properties that SNHU is supporting required brand standards and support the brand hub. Build a sense of cohesion and processes for adherence to defined standards.
  • Brand Research and Support: Provide support on projects in partnership with other members of the Brand Team.
  • Attendance, punctuality, and reliability are essential functions of this role.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
What we're looking for:
  • Three to five years of experience in professional sales or marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; Equivalent of experience in lieu of degree acceptable
  • Collaboration across multiple partner groups

Compensation
The hourly pay range for this position is $24.81 - $39.71. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $27.42 - $37.10.
