Business Intelligence Analyst

WHAT WE’RE ABOUT:

POSITION SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst for a remote based position. The main function of a Business Intelligence Analyst is to gather, clean, visualize and analyze data.

• Work with key stakeholders to understand reporting needs
• Work with other teams to collect or access data
• Develop/visualize data reporting solutions that meet business needs via Power BI
• Demonstrate an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems
• Work on multiple projects as a project team member

• Must have 2-4 years of extensive experience in Power BI development
• Must have 2+ years of experience with Excel, including the ability to create pivot tables
• Must have 2+ years of general experience in data visualization techniques and tools
• Should have basic knowledge of programming languages to comprehend reading code and basic functions
• Ability to create business solutions
• Should have bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field.
• Ability to exercise good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
• Should have project management skills to handle diverse projects, often times simultaneously, and meet aggressive deadlines
• Ability to solve technical problems/ processes and understand complex details
• High level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills necessary to relate to other people at their knowledge level
• Must have ability to analyze complex situations and problems and do the necessary research using multiple sources of information to arrive at innovative solutions

• A competitive pay range of $45/hr- $47/hr (depending on experience).
• Location: Remote, USA
• 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
• 9 paid holidays per year (which includes 1 personal floating holiday).
