Cleaner

Hamworthy Primary Schools consisting of Twin Sails Infant School & Nursery and Hamworthy Park Junior School

Hours: Permanent contract, 2.5 hrs per week, 40 weeks per year (includes all 5 inset days plus 1 week)

Normal cleaning shift times are 3.30 – 6.00pm

Salary: Poole Grade B /SCP 2/

Actual Salary: from £6,636 per annum (Hourly rate: £11.59)

Interview date: week commencing 10 June 2024

Start date: week commencing 24 June 2024, when all pre-employment checks are completed

Job and person summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking and organised Cleaners for our two schools. The successful candidate(s) will report to the Site Manager.

We need you to play a vital part in the daily running of our amazing schools. If you have the relevant skills and experience this may be just the opportunity you’ve been looking for.

We are looking for someone who takes great pride in their work, pays attention to detail and wants to provide a safe, well-maintained environment for all our children and staff to work in. The ability to work systematically, identify issues and use initiative to solve problems is essential.
