Cleaner (Contractor)

About the Role:

Woolly Whites is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented contractor cleaner to assist with Airbnb and motorhome cleaning in Christchurch. This is an on-call, as-needed role, where you will be assigned jobs based on demand. You’ll play a key part in ensuring that properties are guest-ready and maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean Airbnb homes and motorhomes to a high standard, ensuring they are guest-ready.

• Complete tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, sanitising bathrooms and kitchens, and making beds.

• Restock consumables as needed (e.g., toiletries, tea, coffee).

• Follow specific cleaning checklists and instructions for each property.

• Ensure quick turnaround times to meet booking schedules.

• Report any damages, missing items, or maintenance issues to the manager.

• Maintain a professional and reliable service for property owners and guests.

What We’re Looking For:

• Cleaning experience preferred, especially in Airbnb or hospitality settings.

• Reliability is key – we need someone available when jobs are assigned.

• Strong attention to detail – ensuring spaces are spotless and welcoming.

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

• Access to a vehicle and mobile phone for job coordination.

• Own cleaning supplies is ideal.
