Position Summary
We are delighted to be recruiting an experienced Commuications Specialist - Social Media and Influencer to join our Nespresso Marketing Team. This role will be responsible for managing the Nespresso organic social content calendar, as well as the influencer strategy, ensuring high quality and elevated content is shared across platforms. You will drive consistency in visual identity and tone-of-voice for all communication materials and with closely with wider marketing team.

A day in the life of a Commuications Specialist - Social Media and Influencer ...
- Responsible for the Social media campaign materials for B2C including translation and localisation of key campaigns and messages.
- Management of full 360 campaigns, ensuring through-the-line consistency in visual identity and tone-of-voice.
- Plan and execute an organic content strategy through management of the social calendar.
- Manage the relationship between the organic social agency and other agencies partners and stay updated with industry trends.
- Identify and engage with influencers who align to our target audience, campaign specifics and objectives.
- Create and manage 360 campaigns as well support development and execution of Digital and CRM campaigns.
We are looking for someone who has experience in similar communication or marketing roles ideally specialising in social media and managing influencer impact. You will constantly be looking at ways to improve and enhance our social media presence and bringing to Nespresso brand to life.
You will also:
- Be passionate, curious and the ability to generate creative ideas to drive the social media agenda and make difference.
- Have a track record in managing successful campaigns, including digital media as well as 'traditional' media.
- Have strong project management skills and high-quality delivery in short deadlines.
- Have experience in driving & inspiring external creative agencies and stakeholder management.
- Be conceptually and creatively strong with an eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
- Have the confidence to challenge the status quo and the enthusiasm to learn and grow with the role.
