We have multiple exciting opportunities for Customer Service Representatives to help new or existing customers by asking the right questions to determine their insurance requirements or supporting their queries. Position Overview:

  • Start Window: 7:30am – 9:30am Monday – Friday – 37.5 hours per week
  • Location: 1 King William Street, Adelaide
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid role with mix of Work from Home and in Office, (post probation period)
  • Salary: $62,000 + 11.5% Super

The Company

We are an inbound Contact Centre primarily responsible for the sales and service of new or existing business customers. We are looking for passionate and customer focused individuals to join our team in Adelaide. We are a driven team that has a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service through our various brands.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative you are focused on ensuring our customers feel valued when they contact our team. Your role is to connect our customers with products and services that meet their needs and protect their assets. You will enjoy achieving KPI’s while delivering exceptional service, speaking with customers over the phone and using your initiative to understand their needs and provide solutions.

You will receive extensive product and industry training including personal advice accreditation to set you up for success in the role.

What you’ll do

You will…

  • Take new & existing calls to assess eligibility, underwrite business insurance policies and make alterations to policies and cancellations.
  • Deliver a seamless customer experience on various insurance products that provides value for our customers
  • Identify the appropriate insurance policies to meet customer requirements
  • Achieve customer sales, service and retention targets set for all customer segments.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience and passion for delivering brilliant customer service
  • Ability to use initiative and possess strong problem-solving skills
  • To be resilient and have an ability to positively manage difficult situations
  • Thrive in team-oriented environments
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Insurance experience is not required (we can teach you that).
  • A thirst for knowledge and passion for helping customers is what we are after!
