State is looking to hire a Data Entry Clerk. Apply today if you meet the qualifications. Duties and Responsibilities

Reports to the Purchasing Manager. The Data Entry Clerk will handle all administrative tasks related to Sage receiving data entry responsibilities to ensure all materials are received into Sage in a timely manner. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Receive and process all paperwork related to the Sage Receiving;
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Receiving to ensure that all items are received in a timely matter;
• Track receiving discrepancies;
• Report and log any receiving issues to Purchasing and Receiving department;
• Establish entry priorities;
• Review paperwork for data deficiencies;
• Work within established guidelines for month end closing
• Investigate Goods Receipt Not Invoiced and resolve within a timely manner
• Other tasks assigned by the Purchasing Manager
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing clerical role;
• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Ability to prioritize and work well in a fast-paced environment;
• Knowledge of Sage is an asset; and
• Ability to work independently without supervision.

• Plant/Office setting;
• Work environment requires PPE in certain other locations; and
• Flexible to work weekends or overtime as requested.
