Desktop Support Engineer L2

- Ensure proper wiring and connections for seamless operation.
- Provide technical support during events, conferences, meetings, or presentations.
- Coordinate with event organizers and presenters to understand their AV requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Conduct equipment checks before events to ensure everything is in working order.
- Operate AV equipment during events, adjusting settings for optimal sound and image quality.
- Monitor audio levels, video playback, and lighting to ensure smooth performance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise, such as sound distortion, video signal loss, or equipment malfunctions.
- Perform routine maintenance on AV equipment to keep it in good condition.
- Diagnose and repair faults or defects in audio and visual systems, including replacing faulty components or cables.
- Keep an inventory of equipment and spare parts, and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, requests, or complaints related to AV services.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor AV solutions accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and guidelines for electrical, audio, and visual installations.
- Support digital signage.
- Work with external parties (e.g. media productions)
