We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join the team at our Leduc Terminal. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling deliveries, pickups, and services.

• Receive and prioritize service requests.
• Coordinate logistics for deliveries and pickups.
• Communicate with drivers and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Update and maintain accurate records of schedules and assignments.
• Monitor and track delivery status.
• Address and resolve any issues that may arise during deliveries.
  
  

Our Ideal Candidate

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is an asset.
• Availability to work in shifts.
• Knowledge of geographical areas and routes.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in computer applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
