Distribution Associate, Las Vegas - 7:00am - 3:30pm

Hilco Vision’s Las Vegas facility is searching for experienced warehouse employees to join the team! As a Distribution Associate, employees will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and will be expected to cross-train in various areas of the operation using multiple operating systems.

The shift for this role is 7:00am - 3:30pm, we pay weekly.

This role requires the ability to lift 40lbs, stand for long periods of time, and complete repetitive motions. This role also requires the ability to walk up and down stairs many times throughout the day.

• Able to work both on your own and within a team environment; understanding that the customer need is of the utmost importance
• Understand the need to work quickly, efficiently, and with accuracy in order to get the job done as quickly and correctly as possible, limiting side conversations along the way
• Able to read, write, and speak English
• Skilled multi-tasker, working on different orders at once
• Attention to detail and make sure to double (and triple) check your work for accuracy
• Capable of lifting boxes that weigh up to 40lbs

Responsibilities:

• Verify correct item, lot and quantities of products received
• System entry of received products
• Putting product physically and systematically into appropriate warehouse locations
• Occasionally unload trucks using material handling equipment (if certified) and hand-lift of boxes up to 40lbs
• Accurately pick orders using carousels, carts, totes, etc.
• Verify correct item, lot and quantities of picked products prior to shipping
• Pack products to ensure delivery is made to customer in good condition
• Cycle Counting
• Repack and kitting
• Cleaning, organizing, special projects, and any other warehouse related needs of the business

Physical Requirements

• This role requires the ability to lift 40lbs and stand for long periods of time.
