Family Service Sales Counselor

Identify individuals who are interested in learning more about preplanning cemetery and funeral arrangements to schedule appointments to meet with them.

Meet with families who have experience a death to arrange personalized burial arrangements that create a positive impression during a difficult time. Must be empathetic and a good listener.

Meet and exceed established sales quotas

Follow up with all families and generate new referrals

Obtain permanent record files on all sales

Personal deliveries of deeds and other legal work (obtain permanent record files & referrals)

Enter all clients and new prospects with notes into CRM

Promote preplanning to affiliations of cemeteries to include, but not limited to:

Service all families and clients in the best possible manner
