Front Desk Agent

Summary:
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing exceptional customer service, and managing guest accounts during check-in and check-out. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong conflict-management skills, and excel in decision-making to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and register guests with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
• Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
• Manage the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accurate billing and efficient service.
• Maintain accurate guest records, and payment transactions, and follow hotel policies for room assignments.
• Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policies.
• All other duties as assigned.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle and resolve guest complaints or concerns professionally.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Proficiency in using hotel management systems or reservation software is a plus.
• Must be able to legally work in the USA.

Education and Certification(s)/License(s):

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
