Job Description

Miscellaneous laborers are responsible for the safe and efficient removal of debris, lawn mowing, weed eating, shrub maintenance, loading of trash and items onto truck beds for elimination. A key part of the workers’ duties is to prune and maintain the landscaped areas they have been assigned to and that any necessary repairs are carried out efficiently. The employee operates necessary equipment to maintain the landscaped areas, such as lawnmowers, trimmers and leaf blowers. Perform general cleanup of all areas of the building as directed. Pressure washing of building and other cement surfaces is cleaned periodically. The worker must be able to work well with others, communicate effectively, be able to work in a safe and efficient manner both as part of a team and as individual. All these and other duties assigned by management.

Job Duties

• 
  Perform general cleanup of all areas of the buildings as directed

• 
  Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas, green spaces, and parking lots

• 
  Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders

• 
  Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep request

• 
  Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions
