We are looking for a talented individual with strong communication skills, attention to detail and enthusiasm to work in a team.
As part of Benelux HR team, the HR intern will get the opportunity to work across HR projects and processes related to the employees. The position is based in our Stryker European Office in Amsterdam with up to 500 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting HR Business Partners and HR Specialists with administrative duties, analysis and HR processes.
- Supporting the on-boarding of new employees
- Contributing to HR projects such as engagement, talent management, compensation and benefits, talent acquisitions
Key Competencies
- Proven ability to drive execution while always meeting deadlines
- Must be outcome driven and taking responsibility/accountability for tasks
- Ability to produce quality work while, prioritizing multiple simultaneous deliverables and working in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills along with presentation, written and verbal communication skills are necessary
Requirements
- Enrolled at a European university in a bachelor's degree, or master’s degree program.
- Preferable field of studies: Human Resources, Business, General Management, Communication, or relevant field.
- Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken (Dutch is a bonus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- NOTE: EU working rights are required.
