- Maintain hybrid schedule and train onsite in Overland Park, Kansas
- Generate and qualify prospective customers
- Grow customer portfolio through new sales and maintain customer relationships
- Prepare paperwork for underwriting and account setup
- Communicate new product and service opportunities, market developments, and other sales feedback
- Participate in daily sales meeting and contribute to a positive work environment
- Manage daily schedule
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quota and goals set by Sales Director
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; Inside sales experience is a plus
- Proven, effective prospecting skills
- Goal oriented and motivated by success
- Effective ability to provide a professional company image to prospects
- Must be a creative thinker to overcome customer rejections
- Must be adaptable and be able to consistently deal with ever-changing conditions
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrate problem solving and negotiation skills
