This job is an exciting opportunity for a mid-senior UX/UI Specialist (5-8 years of experience) to develop further their expertise in a regulated field such as pharma, digital health, or brand tech. The ideal candidate has a proven ability to design user-centric experiences, balance creativity with functionality, and deliver scalable solutions in fast-paced and innovative environments.

- Additional Kaizen, Six Sigma, Scrum, or PMP certifications are advantageous.
- Fluent in English (written and oral); proficiency in French or German is a plus.
- A minimum understanding of web development or IT principles is appreciated (HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge is an asset).
- Kaizen/6sigma/Scrum/PMP certifications are a plus

- Finally, if you are shortlisted, you will be invited to a final interview with the managing director within working days after your first presentation to finalise the recruitment process.
