Lobby Ambassador

About the Role:
As a Lobby Ambassador, you will be the face of our organization, providing a warm and welcoming environment for all visitors, clients, and employees. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring that everyone who enters our premises feels valued and attended to. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a friendly and professional demeanor.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • White glove guest experience
  • Highest level guest experience from greeting to departure including check in and badging of guests
  • Liaising with client, guests, VIP's and team members
  • Escort of VIP guests
  • Answering phone as needed
  • Efficiency and solution-oriented communication
  • Additional event and meeting space responsibilities as directed by on-site manager
  • Basic level customer service
  • Management of a shared messaging and email system
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced professional/corporate environment
  • Consistent level of professionalism
  • Ability to work alone and with a team
  • Ability to learn new computer programs and technical equipment troubleshooting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs when necessary
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to be seated or in motion for extended periods of time
  • Previous experience with executive level interaction is preferred
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and tight schedules
  • Dependable (able to commit to work schedule and follow through)
