Nacora Customer Service Specialist

Your Role

This role will be responsible for the organization, management & service of companies within the Kuehne + Nagel group as well as incentives available to these companies within the programs we provide. This role will also be responsible for the organization, management & service of named accounts within Nacora USA’s book of business. This role will also handle other special tasks and projects that are assigned by the managing director.

Your Responsibilities

• Organization, management & service of companies within the Kuehne + Nagel group.This includes audits of data and data analysis of policy usage as well as the maintenance of information within the Nacora operations platform.
• Management of incentive programs available to these companies within the programs we provide
• Acknowledgement of financial transactions within the ACON platform
• Assist in the training for and conversion of Nacora USA accounts to move to MNQ quoting platform
• Assist in the data movement to new BMS once available and assist in roll out of new CRM (Salesforce) through this system for Nacora usage
• Handle other special tasks and projects that are assigned by the managing director.
• National travel as needed

Your Skills and Experiences

• 5+ years experience in customer service
• University degree, bachelors or higher
• MS Office skills
