Summary (Scope of the Job)
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls, schedule meetings, greet and support visitors.
- Setup new jobs in multiple software systems.
- Manage phone services (cell phones, desk phones).
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
- Maintain office supplies inventory.
- Process daily bank deposit.
- T&M Billing as needed.
- Data entry.
- MSA management, including tracking
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma
- 2 years of general administrative experience.
- Experience in business administration.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and with IFS Applications or comparable accounting software. Ability and eagerness to efficiently learn new software programs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
