About the Position

The Blenz operations department is on the hunt for a dedicated new member of the team who will play a curial role in the company's significant expansion plans for 2024. The operations team is the Blenz brand's lifeblood as they directly link Head Office and our stores. The successful candidate will be challenged in building sales, opening new stores, and providing training, all while assisting store owners and their teams regarding daily operations.

Blenz is in a special time as we're reinventing the company internally and in its public-facing image. Joining the team is the perfect chance for the successful candidate to make an impact in a well-known and established brand. We're looking for a candidate who will go above and beyond to ensure that every store they work with is a success both in the Blenz coffee shop experience and ultimately making them profitable.

The Role & Expectations

Every day is genuinely different; you could be based at the head office one day and in a store providing assistance & training the next. However, one thing is sure you will never be bored at Blenz; there is always some way you can make an impact in what you do.

The ideal candidate for this role would have some experience in a sales background; ideally, in a leadership role, they would also have an organizational mind that can make sure they can balance all the tasks they will have on their plate.

You're an open-minded individual that is not satisfied with good; you aspire for perfection; you are humble and someone that can relate to a small business owner and their challenges, all while maintaining a distance to make clear judgments to suit them best.

The role will include but is not limited to:

Guest Experience -

* You'll assist multiple Franchisees in developing good guest experiences within their stores that connect personally to make every interaction meaningful.

* You'll connect with our Franchisees to understand their local markets and their unique needs and be able to give advice tailored to their local level needs.

* You'll monitor and provide assistance or resolution to situations where guest experience levels fall below our company standards.

* You'll be responsible for providing initial training to Franchisees on Guest Experience policies and regularly reviewing course material with Franchisees.

Business Development -

* You'll work with the rest of the operations team on the construction, equipment ordering and initial staff hiring and training for all new Blenz Stores.

* You'll support Franchisees in building community-driven Local Area Marketing Plans (LAMP) that will drive sales and increase store customer counts.

* You'll use your relationship and network skills to build connections, generate opportunities and create partnerships to help our Franchisees succeed.

How You Will Succeed:

* You put our guests first. Everyone who walks into a Blenz is entering our home; they're treated like our best friends that we're yet to meet. You make sure that you and our stores go the extra mile to achieve this atmosphere.

* You are driven to succeed. You want to drive projects, accomplish tasks and smash goals to aid you and our stores in business success.

* You act like an owner. You thrive when empowered to take the lead; you can place yourself in a business owner's mindset to provide business analysis and advice.

* You are passionate about people. You find meaning in relationships and surround yourself with a diverse network of partners. You build trust through respect and authenticity.

* Values matter to you. You bring your authentic self to work and live our values - trust, teamwork, and accountability.

* Sales leader. You always deliver personal and team sales targets and have exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

* Opportunity Spotter. Have the ability to look at both macro and micro when breaking down a business to drive top-line revenue and bottom-line profit.

Must-have:

* Previous experience in a multi-site environment
