- Performing all job requirements safely using the required PPE.
- Reporting and addressing unsafe behaviors or equipment.
- Maintaining cleanliness and housekeeping of the work area.
- Following GMPs, Food Safety compliance, SOPs, and WIs.
- Recording operational and production data accurately.
- Operating equipment to meet production and quality targets.
- Completing Disassembly, Cleaning, and Reassembly (DCRs) safely.
- Participating in Continuous Improvement Projects and training others as assigned.
- High School Diploma along with 1 + year of relevant work experience in a food or dietary supplement manufacturing facility.
- Ability to work within established routines, methods and procedures under very strict management parameters.
- Ability to work effectively as a team player in a diverse work group.
- Personal responsibility for following safety rules, SOPs and cGMP guidelines. Compliance with company policies and procedures, maintains regular work attendance.
