What you'll need to have- Proven performance in a leadership role within retail and/or logistics.
- Experience using technical equipment.
- Skilled in planning and enhancing daily operations.
- Strong team management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Assist the team in planning, leading, and performing tasks in key areas such as picking, packing, unloading, loading, and replenishing goods/orders, ensuring timely completion with a customer-focused approach.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment throughout the fulfilment unit. Ensure compliance with all safety requirements and Standard Operating Procedures, and secure proper training across functions.
- Achieve the goals set by the Fulfilment Operations Manager or Team Leader to support overall fulfilment operations and strive for excellence in daily operations.
