Join us as our new Production Operator
Under the direction of the Production Lead, the Production Operator is responsible for all activities related to operating production equipment per the instructions. Also, responsible for adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Standard Work (SWs) Instructions and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) that are in effect assuring the quality and quantity of product produced.

In this role you'll make an impact by:
  • Performing job requirements safely, maintaining cleanliness, and demonstrating Lock-Out/Tag-Out compliance.
  • Reporting unsafe behaviors or equipment and escalating downtime when support is needed.
  • Following GMPs, Food Safety compliance, SOPs, and SWs to ensure quality and safety.
  • Recording operational and production data accurately and having a positive pro-company attitude.
  • Operating equipment efficiently to meet daily production and quality targets.
  • Weighing/counting product and checking materials accurately.
  • Completing Disassembly, Clean, Reassembly (DCRs) safely, maintaining 5S, and printing labels accurately.
  • Completing training on time, training others as assigned, and participating in Continuous Improvement Projects.

To succeed you must hold:
  • High School Diploma along with 1 + year of relevant work experience in a food or dietary supplement manufacturing facility.
  • Be able to work within established routines, methods and procedures under very strict management parameters.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player in a diverse work group.
