Job Description Summary:
The Project Assistant is responsible for managing the administrative support responsibilities for the project management team and project field office to achieve efficient and accurate project documentation.Remote position with travel to jobsites as needed.

Position Responsibilities and Duties:
- Able to perform all essential Project Field Administrator responsibilities
- Coordinate and/or supervise project assistants/coordinators, temporary administrators
- Compose and/or edit letters, memos, reports, procedures, etc. as required
- Attend and document project meetings
- Maintain accurate, standardized filing system, including week-ending and month-ending job files, insurance and bonding longs, commitment logs and job files
- Assist with mobilization and demobilization of the job site, job start and job closeout
- Prepare and process commitment documents (subcontracts, rental agreements, and change orders)
- Manage and track jobsite equipment in Sunscreen
- Code and process vendor invoices in CMiC workflow.
- Project close-out procedures including archiving project plans/files, assist with project closeout
- Cost code and/or verify correct codes on time sheets
- Assist Project Manager with month end duties
- Handle special tasks and projects for management
- Maintain professional manner with clients, employees and Subcontractors
- Oversee labor agency vendors
Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years of project administration experience
- Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Office, word-processing and spreadsheet software
- Proficient in use of general office procedures and office machines
- Proficient English verbal communication skills, including professional telephone manner
- Proficient written communication skills, including business writing skills
- Reliability, dependability and flexibility
