Project Coordinator

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a skilled and dynamic Project Coordinator to manage key aspects of their Commercial and Residential Division 8 & 10 Projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about contributing to the success of architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the coordination of Division 8 & 10 projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
• Conduct detailed material quantity assessments for doors and frames, providing accurate estimates.
• Respond to change orders, RFI's (Request for Information), and SI's (Supplementary Instructions) with timely and precise quotes.
• Maintain effective communication channels, ensuring the logistical supply of goods from manufacturers is seamless and efficient.
• Prepare Division 8 shop drawings for approval, adhering to project specifications and standards.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar project coordination role.
• Exceptional time management and change management skills, with a proven ability to perform well under pressure.
• Project Management experience is highly regarded.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction architectural drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Division 8 and/or Division 10 projects.
