Project Coordinator

Position Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Remote - Calgary Preferred

Type: Contract, Part-Time

Our client is seeking a part-time Project Coordinator on an ongoing basis to provide 10-20 hours/week of support to their technical team and clients. In this role, you will be supporting a team of senior technical resources with a handfull of client projects ranging between 5 and 200 hours. These projects vary in complexity but require a high level of client outreach and a customer-centric approach.

Primary Responsibilities

• organizing and facitation of kick off meetings with clients and technical team members
• following the existing project management templates
• actioning any client and project escalations
• scheduling and monitoring the team work levels. Providing proactive feedback of the team's capacity to the CEO and sales teams.
• Plan projects and tracking project milestoness.
• project documentation and communication
  
  

Requirements

• Highly proficient in MS Office tools, especially MS Excel
• Customer-centric approach with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization skills and a proactive approach to project management
