You will work across the organizational structure to ensure that projects requiring cross-functional teams with multiple interdependencies are defined, documented, and completed with project management standards and best practices to ensure the outcome meets the identified business objectives.

- Salary: $90,000 - $105,000; mid-point $103,400

- Consult with project sponsors and business units on large business initiative projects.
- Participate in daily check-ins with project team.
- Lead multiple projects by establishing and managing clear scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
- Connect business, technical, and support resources to collaboratively move concepts and teams from ambiguity to achievement of tangible and intangible business results.
- Constantly learn and maintain fluency in UW Credit Union’s current technical environment, the organization’s language, and your understanding of business needs.
- Communicate best practices and tools to project team participants.
- Identify and prioritize project work across the multiple business units you support.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through communication and regular reporting.
- Produce deliverables on time, within a defined project budget and meeting quality standards desired by the sponsoring business unit and related stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field or equivalent years of professional experience
- Knowledge of Financial Services and Banking Operations
- 5+ years progressive project management experience in all phases of project life cycle.
- 3+ years of experience in a project leadership role executing medium sized projects through all phases of project life cycle.
- 2+ years of experience using Agile iterative development techniques and methodologies such as SCRUM, Lean or Kanban in software development or product/service creation.
- 2+ years of experience using techniques in process mapping and improvement.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, preferred.
