As a Project Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the Global Delivery team, contributing to the seamless execution and success of all projects. Your responsibilities encompass a collaborative and multifaceted approach, working closely with various workstreams across the organization, including Operations, Brand/Creative, Product, People, and Growth.

About You:

• Support all Escape Lounge bid submissions across our regional network (AMER, EMEA, APAC)
• Plot the bid timelines, briefing in the Brand, OPS and architect team when appropriate
• Managing the end to end deliverable from the Brand and architect teams, ensuring deliverables are meeting timeline
• Organize and manage regular meetings relating to the lounge design
• Submit, track, and review all required Creative briefs for Delivery projects
• Understand lead-times and prioritize project briefs as required
• Host weekly meetings to review current and future projects to promote project visibility with the brand, marketing and creative workstreams
• Host weekly meetings with Jacobs AMER for project and program updates
