Receptionist

The Role

Edmonton Kenworth Ltd. is looking for a Receptionist for our Leduc location, who intercepts and routes incoming calls, takes thorough messages, and provides basic information to callers. He/She is the dealership’s front-line contact with the public and must represent the dealership in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

Responsibilities

Prepare Daily cash receipt board, stamp back of cheques and prepare deposit slip.

Balance cash in the morning and cashes out at the end of the day.

Responsible for ensuring accurate completion of liens

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of

• A High school diploma
• A minimum of 1 (one) year of experience in a Customer Service environment
• High degree of tact and diplomacy
• Strong interpersonal skills

Shift

This is a permanent full time position.
