We are seeking a dedicated and professional Remote Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support to enhance their experience with our real estate services.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.- Assist clients with property listings, scheduling viewings, and providing information about the buying, selling, and renting processes.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our real estate services, properties, and market trends to effectively address client questions and concerns.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a positive experience.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system to help improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with real estate agents and other team members to ensure seamless communication and service.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and industry regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge
