Retail Cusomer Assistant M&S Food

HM Stanley are a licensed operator of M&S Food, and as a locally owned company, we have big ambitions for ourselves and our employees. We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic retail customer assistants to join our team, ready to make it a success.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to all retail customers

• Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment

• Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately

• Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

• Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities

Experience:

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage their time effectively. Basic math skills are also required for cash handling and inventory management.
