Sales Operations Analyst

Position Purpose:
This role is responsible for supporting the overall operations of the Go To Market Team with specific focus on the Sales Operations components including but not limited to: Broker Support, Sales Reporting, and general day-to-day operational activities. This role supports the Sales Operations Manager and serves as a liaison between the corporate office and the field sales team. To be effective in this role, this individual must be comfortable working cross functionally with Sales Management, Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance as well as managing project related work.
This is hybrid role that requires three days per week in our Stratham, NH corporate office.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
- Process commission payments, prepare spin requests, and maintain/track broker incentive plans.
- Maintain customer address book to ensure appropriate reporting structures and commission rate accuracy
- Add new customers
- Implement customer changes
- Manage the systematic reporting hierarchy for all customers
Forecasting/Reporting
- Evaluate the Demand (orders) versus Sales forecast as compared to targeted growth objectives
- Track performance of Sales team (inc. brokers) forecast against plans.
- Report on the actual performance of Seasons, key initiatives, and new item launches against the established KPI targets
- Prepare reports for Sales field and Sales Management Team as required and requested
- Forecast product samples and initiate marketing pack out orders in support of Sales presentations to customers
Project Coordination/ Operational Support
- Alt.Channel Sales support and excess inventory management
- Manage the monthly Sales Team Webinar
- Support GTM, Sales and Marketing on Customer Specific Packaging/Tray Pricing Needs
- Support Overall
- Coordinate the Seasonal pack out and new item sample process. Partner with customer service and logistics to distribute product samples to brokers and field sales as requested and to support sales meetings and trade shows.
- Provide support to ad hoc requests from the overall GTM Team including Sales Operations, Shopper Marketing/Display and Innovation.
- Train new Wholeale team members on SAP BI (new reporting tool)
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience:
- 2-4 years experience required in Sales Support, Reporting and Operations
- Sales operations and Go To Market experience preferred
- Project Management experience preferred
Skills & Knowledge:
- Proficient in Excel, Word & Powerpoint
- SAP BI experience preferred
- Must have solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently to complete projects in a timely fashion
- Demonstrated success in cross functional environments
Education:
- Bachelors degree required
Other Requirements:
- Some travel will be required (>10% of the time)
- Some weekends may be required
Total Rewards:
Compensation Range: $85,000 - $110,000
