About the Role:
For our Ferrero Luxembourg HQ, we are looking for a Strategy & Innovation (S&I) PΜΟ to join the Function Integration and PMO team in Luxembourg, reporting to the Strategy & Innovation Function Integration & PMO.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a very dynamic and stimulating environment that requires an entrepreneurial spirit, initiative, and proactivity.
The position offers a wide variety of activities and involves coordination with senior stakeholders while fostering strong professional relationships and an extensive network.
Main Responsibilities:
As Strategy & Innovation PMΟ, you will support the Strategy & Innovation Department in overall department governance and projects coordination in full alignment with long-term strategy and priorities.
By covering this position, you will lead and coordinate relevant transversal cross-department projects by identifying scope, defining timeline and coordinating different stakeholders and streams, ensuring that outcomes and deliverables are consistent delivered and aligned with all parties consistently with scope and objective.
Moreover, your role will be to act as specific PMO for specific central functions.
You will support functions’ priorities identification and key projects definition in line with overall department long-term strategies.
You will coordinate different functions projects in alignment with the S&I PMO Head and Functions Head while ensuring continuous function project tracking and monitoring (projects masterplan definition) and supporting in overall planning and prioritization.
You will also manage specific function and/or category routines and meetings to actively drive projects and initiatives implementation.
Finally, you will participate in internal function governance mechanisms to be fully involved in relevant project(s) and priorities discussions and will ensure cascading of relevant information to the managed functions and ensure prompt cross-fertilization across-department.
Who we are looking for:
You will bring your educational background in Management, Economics, Engineering, Marketing and/or Food Technology with at least 5-7 years of work experience in FMCG industry or consulting firms.
You have good knowledge in product development with experience in a PMO/Strategic role or in Marketing/Product Development.
Additionally, your solid strategic mindset, critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills will help you reach your professional goals in this role.
Your genuine interest in contributing to improvement through order, organization, process analysis combined with a spirit of collaboration and service characterizes you.
Fast learner, you are able to work with a flexible and can-do attitude while showing curiosity, proactivity, analytical and strong communication skills.
Thanks to your previous work experience, you can influence key stakeholders and work in complex multi-functional environments.
