We are looking to recruit a full-time administrator to the School of Education, Sport and Health Sciences, based at our Falmer campus.
You will be joining a friendly, professional team in a university which is at the forefront of teaching, research and consultancy in a range of disciplines. The role will be based on the Falmer campus. Your role will be to provide administrative support to senior school managers and academic staff and be responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of effective administration which supports the School in a rage of functions including supporting events and committees, financial administration, information and data management, systems administration and recruitment administration.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven administrative experience
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work on your own initiative, and to effectively work within a team
- Excellent communication and numeracy skills
- The ability meet deadlines, and cope with changing priorities

This post is full-time (37.0 hours per week), and we are happy to consider applications form candidates seeking to job share. This post is offered on a permanent contract.
