Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, you will be part of the Warehouse Department. You will provide clerical & warehouse services to support the department and act as a key contact for employee inquiries. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.

• Managing Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN/iLobby) daily activities as well as working alongside the Logistics Supervisor;
• Data entry;
• Create and administer Picklists and Bill of Lading;
• Assist with all other support required for the efficiency and function of the Warehouse;
• Develop and maintain strong relationships within the department.

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related program;
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a warehousing or logistics role;
• SAP (or JDE) experience is considered an asset;
• Bilingualism is considered an asset;
• Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite applications especially Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

Your Work Schedule:

• Schedule: 5/2 schedule at our Cochrane Warehouse;
• Occasional visits to the Detour Lake Mine may be required;
• Accommodations and meals are provided on site at no cost to the employee. Agnico Eagle provides transportation to and from the mine site and will accommodate to cover other travelling expenses according to your location of residence in Canada.
