THE OPPORTUNITY

• Perform offline order picking
• Move pallets throughout warehouse
• Operator reach truck in a safe manner
• Provide coverage for employee vacation at two Waterloo warehouse locations
• Able to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all duties
• Perform general warehouse cleaning duties
• Pick orders from upper and lower conveyor system in an accurately and efficiently using an RF scanner
• Ensure all orders are assembled on pallets and properly identified with correct shipping labels
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Must possess a strong attention to detail
• 2+ years warehouse experience
• Valid reach truck certification and recent experience
• Strong verbal and written (English) communication skills is required
• RF scanner experience
• Proficiency in computer applications ( MS Office/ Excel)
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Able to work in a team environment and independantly
• Excellent attendance and punctuality is required
• Must be able to work in a cold environment (-10 degrees)
• Possess organizational and time management skills
