What you'll do


We are looking for a working student (f/m/d) to support in delivery and operations of Training Systems.


Your future tasks include, but may not be limited to:


  • Manage and maintain Windows Terminal Services Platforms (Incl. System Monitoring and Maintenance, Security Management, Troubleshooting and Support).
  • Support on implementing security policies and procedures to safeguard the WTS environment, including patch management.
  • Monitor system performance and health, proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
  • Monitor and manage the IT ticketing system and Prioritize tickets based on severity and impact on business operations.
  • Help to onboard Hands-on Practice items in the Learning Platform.


What you bring


We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.


  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Information Technology or related fields
  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Knowledge on MS Software Installation technologies and Linux Operating System would be beneficial
  • Soft skills: Team player, excellent communication and organization skills, high interest in exploring technology to solve business problems
  • Language skills: Fluent in English, German as a plus
